Quick Tips

Boss should sit in south-west facing east or north as per vastu. West is also permissible but it must not face south.
-
In the office, the temple should not be placed at the back of the owner’s seat.

The owner’s desk must always be rectangle.
-
There must always be a solid wall behind the owner’s seat.
-
Computer room should be in south-east.
-
Pantry should be in south-east or north-west.
-
Marketing departments should be in north-west.
-
Cashiers should be in the North, the abode of Kuber, the God of wealth.

Almirahs and racks should be placed in the South West.
-
The central point of a factory, house and office should be empty.
-
Purchase department and other should be in south or west.
-
Reception should be in north-east as per vaastu.
-
Telephone, side tables should be in south-west corner.
-
Conference room should be in the north west, since that direction is best suited for a flow of ideas.

There should not be any obstacle in front of any door opening.

Keep your files in your office as given below and it will help you in your business as each and every file in your office plays an important role in the business.

Account file – in south-east corner shelf.

Personal file – in south-west shelf of your cabin.
-
Purchase file – in south-west shelf made on south wall.

Sales file – in north-west shelf on wall.

Estate file – in south-west shelf made on southern wall.

Shares file – in north-west shelf mad on north wall which you want to sell. And in south-west shelf made on south wall which you want to retain.

Raw materials file – in south-west shelf.

Finished goods file – in north-west corner shelf.
-
Income tax file – in south-west corner shelf.
-
Sales tax and excise files – in south-west corner shelf.
-
Import and Export file – in north-west corner shelf.
-
Stores file – Always in south-west corner shelf.

Cash purchase file – in south-west corner shelf.
-
Credit purchase file – in north-west corner shelf.

Staff and workers file – in north-west corner shelf.

Litigation file – in north-west corner shelf.

Pending bill file (receivable) – if it is in north-west shelf it will help in early recoveries or payment which are due.

I want to start an office/shop/education center related to computer & others work in our building room. the building is in north facing and the two room in the front and two room in the south so what is applicable for education center or shop or office use in a better result.
In the front room, they have two door in each. In north-west room, one door is in south-east point and other is in north-west side. The other is small room is in north-east zone; in this room the door is in north-west and west direction.
North facing belong to the main road street.
Our south room back portion is in blank so we want to use it. the floor slobbing north-east high and south side is low.
All the vastu point is suggesting that for computer, south-east point only but it point is for ladies so cann’t adjustable. the building facing north as gowmukhi so cann’t suitable for in front and both of the room have two doors.
Kindly suggest as above. We have in loss and confused. How can manage and work.
